- Purchase period: until 06th January 2026.
- Stay period: 01DEC 2025 – 31AUG 2026.
- SO/ Spa is closed Wednesdays. Voucher can be redeemed on Wednesday room nights, however SO/ Spa treatments in this package would need to be booked on the following day, Thursday.
- Spa bookings are encouraged to be made in advance, at time of booking.
- Booking of room night does not automatically guarantee allocation time at SO/ Spa.
- No further discounts (including Accor Plus discounts) can be applied to the offers/experiences in this voucher.
- Blackout dates apply. This includes 31 December 2025.
- Voucher must be mentioned + presented upon booking both room night and SO/ Spa.
